The chapter president is responsible for leading the executive board and managing the operations of the chapter. He is the face of the Fraternity to the chapter, the Greek community and the university, and works hard to establish a culture of excellence.

The Vice President of Programming is responsible for the planning and execution of any of the chapter's social and internal events. He is the head of the programming committee and works to ensure his brothers have a balanced, values-based experience.

Vice President of Member Development

Gavin Kesler

The Vice President of Member Development oversees the development experience of each brother providing support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. Managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program is the keystone of the role, providing a positive fraternal experience and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations. The vice president of member development ensures that our Founder’s vision lives on day in and day out, at every chapter.

Vice President of Finance

Spencer Rainwater

The Vice President of Finance is the chapter’s chief financial officer. He is entrusted with managing the chapter’s budget and properly allocating financial resources.

Vice President of Recruitment

Gavin Kleeschulte

The Vice President of Recruitment determines the quantity and quality of a chapter’s membership. By successfully recruiting the best men on campus, he ensures a great fraternity experience for his brothers and the long-term success of his chapter.

Vice President of the SigEp Learning Community

Kyle Kubasta

The Vice President of the SigEp Learning Community is in charge of ensuring all chapter facilities are learning-conducive and developing programming events within the Balanced Man Program to promote and foster a culture of education during and after life in college. This officer also leads the academic support team and runs our Fantasy Academic Draft.

Vice President of Communications

Brady Isenburg

The Vice President of Communications serves as the chapter’s information officer, lead storyteller, and primary protector of both the chapter and Grand Chapter brands. Through tools like chapter websites and social media, this role shapes the chapter’s image and positions it to thrive on campus.

Balanced Leader Scholarship Chairman

Joey Boss

The Balanced Leader Scholarship chairman brother manages the Balanced Leader Scholarship and provides brothers with academic resources in order to ensure the chapter excels academically and reaches balanced men throughout campus.

Chaplain

Reed Pryor

The chaplain is bestowed with the care and guard of the Fraternity’s Ritual. He also leads the judicial branch of the chapter. In doing so, he is responsible for holding all members accountable to the principles of Virtue, Diligence and Brotherly Love, as well as all standards of membership. Additionally, the chaplain plays a key role in recognizing and reinforcing the positive behaviors and actions of his brothers.

Risk Manager

Matthew Crane

The Risk Manager ensures that chapter run events are run in a manner that is safe while fun. The risk manager must always be prepared to take action in order to put the brothers' health and safety first. 

Secretary

Grant Beilsmith

The Secretary is responsible for the new member onboarding process and ensuring strong communication within the chapter. This officer also documents meeting minutes and works to document the chapter's accreditation progress.

Philanthropy & Wellness Chairman

Caden McPartlin

The Philanthropy & Wellness Chair leads initiatives that support our community and promote brother well-being. This role plans events like Philanthropy Week, organizes service opportunities, and creates programs that prioritize mental, physical, and social wellness within the chapter.

House Manager

Tucker Miller

The House Manager works with the chapter's staff House Director in order to ensure the chapter facility is in exemplary shape and serves as a learning conducive environment for all brothers.
